WELCOME

Ricarido Gimena is an emerging presence in the classical and operatic music scene in Canada. He is a recent graduate of the Opera Performance program at the University of British Columbia and is a recipient of various scholarships, grants and awards, including the David Spencer Endowment Fund and the Vancouver Opera Chorus Endowment Professional Development Grant. This past season, Mr. Gimena bowed as La Remendado in Bizet's Carmen and as the Second Nazarene in Richard Strauss' Salome for Vancouver Opera. He is in preparation to sing and audition this coming season for various companies in Canada and Europe. He is also excited about the launch of his website and web log(blog).
